LiN CLOVER USA dates announced!

Las Vegas, NV – March 4, 2007 – The powerful, dark Japanese rock band LiN CLOVER will make its USA debut at Sakura-Con 2007 in Seattle, WA, April 6-8, 2007.

Now the band has partnered with California-based promoters Shibuya Airwaves to add shows at Slim’s in San Francisco (April 11) with additional venues TBA in Las Vegas, NV (April 10) and San Jose, CA (April 12).

LiN CLOVER received a nomination for Best Japanese Rock Band in this year’s Shojo Beat Music Awards.

BECK: Mongolian Chop Squad TV marathon

now if you’ve seen the banner for this site, you’d probably recognize that I’m a big fan of BECK: Mongolian Chop.  Now I have good news for you my Canadian brothers, BECK: Mongolian Chop Squad will premiere on MuchMusic Friday, March 9 at 8pm EST/5pm PST!  I’m so jealous.  So far there has been no announcement for an air date in America or even a set dvd release date.  Hopefully MTV or MTV 2 can snatch this title up in the states.  BECK: Mongolian Chop Squad is the story of an indie rock band in Japan trying to get their name out to the world.
