Abnormals is a hardcore/metal band from Tokyo. The band was formed in 1988 by Comi (vocals) and Isobe (guitar). They released their first mini-album Buried Alive in 1995 and opened for the Misfits in 1997. Comi and Isobe released four albums as the Abnormals plus an album as The Fly Wheels until Isobe left in 2011. The current lineup is Comi, Hagi (bass), Yuri (guitar), Kiyo (guitar) and Masato (drums). Their fifth album Holy Blind is a re-recorded “best of” album with the new lineup.
